To secure our time together, a non-refundable deposit of 30–50% is required a the time of booking. ​

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or unforeseen logistical circumstances (if on tour), I will make every effort to reschedule our appointment to a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, your deposit will be refunded in full. ​ 

Deposits can be applied to one reschedule providing you have given me 72hrs notice.​ Please note that while touring, rescheduling opportunities may be limited and may not always be possible.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend without notice, will incur the full session fee.
